Liisa and Louis' Wedding Photography | Wandsworth Town Hall | Wandsworth

I’ve been lucky enough to have shot several weddings at Wandsworth Town Hall, and this was my latest! Liisa and Louis and just a handful of friends and family. They contacted me for my natural, relaxed approach to photography and here is a selection of some of my favourite images from the day..

Inside the Alexandra Room at Wandsworth Town Hall

The Alexandra Room is a serene and sophisticated room at Wandsworth Town Hall and is totally inkeeping with the building’s history. The soft light makes for beautiful wedding photography.

Love these more natural shots of the bride and groom taken just in the doorway - which kept closing automatically lol!

Morden Park House Wedding Photographer

Morden Park House Wedding Photography

I’ve been a wedding photographer since forever but only this year did I venture down to popular register office Morden Park House. I was immediately struck how suddenly I felt I was out of London and in the countryside! The house is also an amazing and very beautiful Georgian manor house, built in 1770 by John Ewart. Just look at these grounds! A perfect backdrop for your wedding photography..

Selection of wedding photography images from Morden Park House Register Office.

Morden Park House has three main ceremony rooms - The Lord Nelson, The Ewart and The Sheridan Rooms; and of course the stunning Victorian-inspired gazebo in their garden for summer weddings. The venue itself houses Merton Register Office.

The Sheridan Room

At the front of Morden Park House, actually facing the park, you’ll find the popular Sheridan Room. Beautifully decorated with large french windows and bathed in natural light, you will LOVE it. And as a wedding photographer I love it too!!

If you’re looking for something a little more light, airy and natural from your wedding photographer that’s what I do! I’m a bit more documentary than most - but also like to give my clients classic wedding photography they can look at for many years to come.

Christine is an AMAZING wedding photographer. We’d give 10 stars if we could. I don’t like getting my photo taken nor do I like most photos of me, so I knew it was a pretty tall ask for effortlessly flattering candid photos that really captured the essence of the day yet didn’t require us to waste valuable hours of our wedding posing for pictures...I don’t know how Christine did it, but she did exactly that and then some

Sarah and Steven's Wedding Photography | Wandsworth Town Hall Registry Office | Wandsworth | London

Wandsworth Register Office is a municipal building on the corner of Wandsworth High Street and Fairfield Street in Wandsworth, London. The building, which is the headquarters of Wandsworth London Borough Council, is a Grade II listed building. It has five ceremony rooms within the Town Hall where you can get married. These are the Elizabeth Room, the Victoria Room, the Alexandra Room, the Mayor's Parlour and the Grand Chamber.

Sarah and Steven, who both hail from South Africa, married in The Elizabeth Room in front of a handful of family members. The rest of their large family were able to watch via video link on a laptop. How awesome was this!! A fun loving relaxed couple, I absolutely LOVED being their wedding photographer. AND I captured TONS of happiness in their photography. Check it out here!!

Thanks for choosing me as your wedding photographer guys!!

Caroline and Michael's Engagement Photoshoot | Wandsworth Common | London

Wandsworth Common is one of my favourite outdoor spaces in South West London and as it’s in my neighbourhood you can often see me walking my doggie there when not doing photoshoots! I love the colour at the moment and the variety of backgrounds and textures - an engagement and wedding photographer’s dream!

So when Caroline and Michael approached me for an engagement shoot I jumped at the chance and especially when they told me they were bringing their doggie Zoe along! We met outside The Hope pub on Bellevue Road and walked across the road from there.

These are some of my favourite images from the day..
