It was constructed in the late 19th century and has been the home of Islington Borough Council since 1922. A Grade 2 listed building, it has a beautiful neoclassical facade and inside there are a number of rooms used for weddings, civil partnerships and events.

A sweeping marble staircase and the stunning rooms make it a popular choice for wedding photography, and trendy North London couple Edina and Zsolt chose wedding photographer Christine Constantine Photographer to shoot the day.
