The photography on your wedding day should be a lifelong record of the most special of days and tell the whole story of the event. For me it's about building a narrative from start to finish, from all the tiny details to the location, venue, guests and, finally, the two most important people. The style and approach I shoot is a blend of photojournalism and classical wedding photography enabling my couples to relax and have the freedom to enjoy the day with little or no interruption.
The Full Package of Wedding Photography is priced at €1650 and includes the following:

How do you work?
I work alone on weddings generally but can employ an assistant for an additional fee. Bear in mind it can change the dynamics at a wedding where it can start to feel intrusive & guests become aware of the popping of cameras in all directions. This applies more so if you have opted for videographers to be present too.
A good wedding photographer, if approaching from the documentary/reportage angle, understands the nature of the wedding day vibe and will move in rhythm with it. My style is very relaxed, informal and friendly and I aim to capture the day as it unfolds and secure a wide narrative of shots that will record the day with minimal interruption.
I work very simply with two Canon cameras fitted with prime lenses. These lenses are fast, which means they let in lots of light when needed and allow me to record the atmosphere and ambient light of a venue without the need to use flash too much, making for more natural, atmospheric shots.
How long do you shoot for and where do you start & finish?
In my experience a wedding day is usually covered in around ten to twelve hours and this is what I shoot up to. To build a full narrative of the day it is best to start with groom prep all the way through to the dancing. In this way you have a start and finish to the story of the wedding day with all the excitement, drama and emotions in between. Once I feel I have sufficient reception coverage I leave guests to party on.
How far do you travel to cover weddings?
I travel island-wide to shoot weddings. I am based in Nicosia so naturally travel and organisation comes into play with distant locations such as Paphos and Polis and the way it works is this: venues that are on this side of the island require reasonable travel expenses plus two nights hotel accommodation to be met and organised by the client. Travelling to the venue the day before is essential with long distance venues to avoid any risky scenarios with traffic or delays. For overseas weddings, all travel and accommodation plus allowances for meals, trains, car hire or taxis if needed should be met and organised by the client beforehand.
