How can you beat the gift of a Family Photoshoot? Balham residents Kelly and her family invited me into their home near Tooting Common for a few family snaps of a rare whole family get-together. We started in the garden and ended up on the common for some more relaxed family photography. Here’s what we came up with and what you can expect from a photoshoot with London family and kids photographer Christine Constantine.

The very first Christening I shot when I was back in London was for adorable little Theo and his family. Due to Covid restrictions numbers were limited so only close family and friends were present. We initially met at the parents house for some pre-Christening family photographs. After a relaxed baptism at St Barnabas Greek Orthodox Church in Wood Green, I managed to get some nice shots afterwards outside the church and our small group made our way to Theo’s Yiayia’s house for food and an absolutely awesome Christening cake!

Wolfgang's Naming Ceremony Photography | Barnes | South West London
For those wanting to celebrate the life and blessing of a child without the religious aspect of a Christening, a naming ceremony is a perfect option. Naming ceremonies, like Christenings, include the gathering of the family and close friends and also named individuals acting as ‘Guideparents’ as opposed to Godparents can be present. Readings can be read, music can be played and presents can be exchanged.
I particularly like the humanistic element of Wolfgang’s special day and paired with the joy and love I felt from the people around me- made it an extra-special honour to be their photographer. :-)

Just the vibe, architecture and stunning exterior, surrounded by vineyards and starry skies, make it one of the number one wedding venues in Cyprus. And lets not forget the food! An all-round incredible wedding experience and highly recommended!
